Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and 西安速准科技有限公司 (the "Operator", "we") for the use of Vesact: the console at console.vesact.com, the API at api.vesact.com, the documentation and this website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using an API key you accept them on your own behalf and on behalf of the organization you act for.

1. The Service

Vesact lets you connect messaging and social media accounts that you or your customers control and work with them through one API: receive events, send messages, publish content and read metrics, to the extent each platform allows. Which platforms and features are available is shown in the console and the documentation and changes over time.

2. Accounts and organizations

You need a console account and an organization to use the API. Keep your sign-in method and API keys confidential; everything done with your keys counts as done by your organization. Tell us at once if a key leaks so we can revoke it. Organization owners control who is a member and what they can do.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the applications you build on the Service and for the accounts you connect. You will:

  • connect only accounts you are authorized to act on, and obtain every consent the account holder and the law require;
  • comply with the terms of each platform you use through Vesact, including the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and the WhatsApp Business messaging policies where applicable;
  • have a privacy policy of your own that covers what your application does with the data it receives;
  • not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, malware, or content that is illegal, deceptive or infringes the rights of others;
  • not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication or platform restrictions, or to access data of other organizations.

We may suspend keys or accounts that break these rules or that a platform asks us to suspend.

4. Platform data

Data you receive through the Service from a platform remains subject to that platform's terms. If a platform revokes a permission, changes an API or asks us to delete data, we pass the effect on to you and are not liable for it.

5. Fees

Pricing, quotas and rate limits are published in the console. Paid plans are billed per connected account and period as shown there; fees are due in advance and non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. We may change prices with 30 days' notice in the console.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available and announce planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation: platforms, networks and providers outside our control can fail. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice; API versions under /v1 remain stable in the sense described in the documentation.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its documentation and its marks belong to the Operator. You keep the rights to your applications and to the content you send through the Service and grant us the license needed to process it as the Service requires.

8. Confidentiality and security

We protect data with measures appropriate to an API platform: encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls and logging. You are responsible for securing your own systems and the webhook endpoints you register.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data; our total liability in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us for that period. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can delete your organization at any time in the console; we can terminate for breach with notice, or immediately where the breach is serious or a platform requires it. On termination keys stop working and data is deleted as described in the privacy policy and the data deletion page.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes go to the people's court with jurisdiction over the Operator's registered seat in Xi'an, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
